Allied machinery corporation offers crank type wire making machines in different models to take up nail lengths of 10-25 mm to 75-150 mm, using sizes ranging from 20 swg to 5 swg. The production range of these machines varies from 350-400 pcs/min to 100-125 psc/min., depending on the model and wire size used. The machines are simple in design and easy to operate. All cams, roller and roller pins are made from steel, heat treated. Generally round dies are used and all tools are easily accessible and can be quickly changed. Three shafts design has been adopted to ensure efficient smooth working. The main crank is direct operated by motor. The side shafts are driven by four bevel gears, which operate cutting tools. The separate shafts for cutting ensure correct adjustment of tools.
